Shipping policy

Delivery is free for most of Quebec and Ontario. When completing your order, you will be able to verify that your address is in our free delivery zone.   

With the zero waste option, delivery and pick-up of the used boiler is always offered at no charge. 

Please note that it takes 2 to 4 business days for delivery. Once the merchandise has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information, including your tracking number, if applicable. Tracking is not always available in real time, but it is available from the delivery company or from our team, if needed.

Please note that we are unable to offer delivery to remote areas with postal codes beginning with JOM and G0G due to logistical constraints.
